WordPress blog writing services: pricing, access and approval
What should a WordPress content subscription include? Compare pricing, account permissions, human review and publishing controls before choosing a service.
What should you check before outsourcing your WordPress blog articles?
Agree on what is delivered, the price, the WordPress permissions needed and who authorises publication. Oryon SEO Studio costs EUR 79 per month for one connected site through Oryon’s direct subscription, outside Shopify. Articles are prepared in English or French with AI assistance. Human review is the default; you can explicitly enable automatic checks without systematic human review. Unresolved exceptions block publication for examination by Oryon. Your publishing permission remains a separate requirement. Discuss other language needs before subscribing. Technical fixes and wider SEO work are scoped separately.
Your WordPress website already explains what your business does, but the blog is waiting for its next articles. Outsourcing can help keep that work moving. Before choosing a provider, establish what they prepare, what your team must supply and what allows an article to go live.
This guide helps you compare an editorial service and prepare its setup. It also explains the current scope of Oryon SEO Studio so you can assess the subscription, access requirements and review process before paying. Businesses worldwide can discuss their website and intended audiences with Oryon remotely.
What does a delivered blog article include?
Choosing a topic, writing a draft and publishing a page are separate steps. Ask whether the service covers topic research, supporting sources, writing, review, images, formatting and publication. Agree on what happens when a draft needs a correction or a fact that only your team can confirm.
SEO Studio examines your site’s business and themes to prepare articles in English or French with AI assistance and two illustrations. By default, Oryon reviews and approves each article in manual mode. You can explicitly enable automatic factual, source and two-image checks without systematic human review. Unresolved exceptions block publication for examination by Oryon. Publication also requires an active subscription, a working site connection and your separate publishing permission. Discuss any other language needs with Oryon before subscribing.
Supply the information that public research cannot establish: the services you actually include, areas you serve, opening hours, exclusions and professional terminology. A person who knows your business must confirm those facts. A translated article alone does not configure your WordPress language URLs or multilingual plugin.
- Identify the readers and the questions each article should answer.
- List existing articles and relevant service pages to link to.
- Name the person who confirms business facts and handles corrections.
What does the monthly price cover?
For subscriptions purchased directly through Oryon, outside Shopify, SEO Studio costs EUR 79 per month per site. Payment is due at the start of each monthly period, in euros. Oryon’s current terms state that VAT is not applicable under Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. The price and applicable conditions are shown before payment.
This covers the editorial subscription for one site. A technical SEO audit, website fixes, local SEO or a redesign is a separate project agreed in a quote. If the blog needs work before it can be connected, ask for the scope and cost of that work before subscribing.
When comparing proposals, consider your team’s time for supplying facts, reviewing business information and following results. Clarify any external costs and what requires a new quote. A headline article count does not tell you how much of the publishing process the provider handles.
Which WordPress permissions are needed?
Use a dedicated account with permissions suited to the work. In WordPress’s default roles, an Author can publish their own posts and upload media; an Editor can also manage other users’ posts. Have the site’s actual permissions checked, because roles can be customised.
SEO Studio checks that the account can create and publish articles and upload images. The connection uses an application password created in the WordPress profile on an HTTPS site. It is separate from the normal sign-in password and can be revoked independently. Create it from the dedicated account whose permissions have been checked.
Applying SEO titles and descriptions through SEO Studio additionally requires the Oryon SEO Studio plugin and a compatibility check. Ask the person administering WordPress to install it. The publishing account does not need to keep administrator privileges simply because a plugin was installed.
Who decides when an article can be published?
In SEO Studio’s default manual mode, a person at Oryon reviews articles in English or French and approves their exact version before publication. If you explicitly enable automatic mode in your client account, validation requires factual, source and two-image checks, without systematic human review. Unresolved exceptions remain blocked for examination by Oryon. Your team must still confirm facts specific to the business.
From your client account, you separately authorise publication of validated articles and can pause that permission. Automatic checking requires distinct consent and can also be disabled; connecting the site or subscribing does not replace either choice. Publishing permission applies to the site as a whole. It is not a client approval button for every individual article. If your organisation needs to approve each text separately, discuss that requirement before choosing the service.
Also agree how corrections after publication will be handled: who notices outdated information, who can edit it in WordPress and how to identify the affected version. A named contact and the article’s URL help everyone work on the same issue.
Is a daily article useful for your business?
SEO Studio targets one article per day, or 365 per year across French and English combined. This is an objective subject to validation under the selected mode, your publishing permission, an active subscription and a working site connection. An article with unresolved exceptions is not published merely to meet the cadence. Using both languages does not multiply the target.
Look at customer questions and existing content before choosing that pace. Similar articles can repeat an answer without helping readers further. Google’s guidance for AI-assisted content emphasises accuracy, quality and relevance. Publishing frequently does not guarantee indexing, rankings or citations in AI answers.
- Does the topic answer a distinct, useful question?
- Are significant claims supported and appropriate to your business?
- Can someone examine the draft and resolve corrections?
What should you check on the first published article?
Open the public URL while signed out, on a phone and a computer. Check the title, paragraphs, images, credits, sources, internal links and contact route. If SEO metadata synchronisation is enabled for your connection, check the title and description on the resulting page too.
Keep the URL, the date of your check and any requested corrections. WordPress revisions can help trace changes, but their retention may be limited by configuration. They do not replace a record of publishing decisions and facts your business still needs to confirm.
Distinguish articles delivered, impressions and clicks in Search Console, and enquiries received. Publication alone does not establish indexing or commercial results. Search Console statistics are not automatically synchronised into SEO Studio; this reporting is handled separately.
How do you stop publication or cancel the subscription?
Pausing publishing permission or disconnecting the site affects future publications. Disconnection removes the saved access credentials, while existing WordPress articles and the subscription remain. Neither action cancels the subscription.
The subscription renews monthly. You can request cancellation at any time through subscription management in your client account or by contacting Oryon; it takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. Service access continues until that period ends. Revoke the WordPress application password when the connection is no longer needed.
What should you send us to discuss your blog?
Share your website address, the offers you want to explain, target countries, preferred article languages and the person who will confirm business facts. Say whether you need regular new articles, updates to existing posts or wider work on search visibility.
Include approval requirements and any known problems with the blog. These details help determine whether SEO Studio fits your workflow or whether a separately quoted project is appropriate. Connection credentials belong in the dedicated connection process after the required access has been agreed.
