UNPUBLISHED PREVIEW

The client arrived with a Shopify project already started but unfinished. Oryon’s assignment is to take over the existing work, complete the site, handle deployment and launch, then work on SEO, AEO and GEO.

The design has been reworked and integrated into an unpublished Shopify theme. Launch and search visibility are the next stages of this takeover.

Review the existing work and complete the design

The takeover began with examining the existing site and its presentation. Oryon then reworked the visual direction and integrated it into an unpublished Shopify theme. The palette combines ivory, olive and red, with italic headings and a reworked logo.

The home page highlights pizza bases and supports the brand’s expansion into Italian groceries. Collection and product cards, with visible prices, extend this direction beyond the first page.

Examine journeys beyond the home page

Checks during the work included mobile navigation, product cards and the cart. These points show how visitors move from discovering a product to preparing an order.

These checks are not measured conversion results. They help identify presentation and navigation problems before deployment, looking at the journey actually displayed on a phone.

Prepare deployment and launch

Deployment and launch are part of Oryon’s assignment. The reworked theme remains unpublished at the time of this case study, so those stages are still to be completed.

Launch preparation will need to include validation of content, links and the commercial journey, plus URL mappings if addresses change. These checks are described as upcoming work, not as completed final acceptance testing.

Follow with SEO, AEO and GEO

SEO, AEO and GEO are also part of the takeover. After completion and launch, Oryon is to support visibility so the store’s pages and information are easier to discover and understand in search engines and their answers.

The detailed scope and observations will be documented during that work. No increase in rankings, traffic or sales is claimed here: the new version is not yet published and this search visibility work remains to be carried out.
